Ranking Effectiveness of COVID-19 Tests Using Fuzzy Bipolar Soft Expert Sets

The theory of fuzzy bipolar soft sets is an efficient extension for depicting the bipolarity uncertain information; however, it limited to a single expert. present research article introduces innovative hybrid model called expert sets, as natural two existing models (including and sets). proposed highly suitable describing information having multiple opinions. Some fundamental properties developed are discussed, including subset, complement, union, intersection, AND operation, OR operation. concepts explained with detailed examples. Moreover, demonstrate applicability our initiated model, application presented along algorithm tackle real-world group decision-making situation, that is, ranking effectiveness tests in spread analysis COVID-19. Finally, comparative some mathematical tools such provided show cogency reliability model.
